To book a car on our website, you only need to make a small advance payment of 15-20% of the total rental cost. After you make your advance payment, you will be emailed a voucher with your order details to the email address you specified. You will pay the remaining amount when you pick up your car. The available methods to pay the remaining amount are listed on the car booking page and on your voucher.
When picking up the car, you will need your original passport and national driving licence, an International Driving Permit (if required, depending on the country), and a car rental voucher (can be electronic) that you receive after paying for your order.
It depends on the traffic regulations of the country where you want to rent a car. You will find the information on the selected region in our terms of booking.
To pick up your car, you must have the originals of all necessary documents. Read the agreement carefully before signing, check that the car acceptance certificate includes all the damages of the car and the level of fuel in the tank. Just in case, take pictures of the car (pay special attention to the parts that have damages/scratches/chipping).

Of course, you can pick up a car in one city and return it in another one. You can select different pick-up and drop-off cities in the green search bar on our website.

Yes, sure. You can add the “Additional Driver” service to your order. When you pick up the car, the rental agent will enter the data of both drivers in the rental agreement.

No, you don’t need to have your route approved but you can only travel on public roads in the country. Please note that in some regions, it is forbidden to drive on some roads/territories. When picking up the car, you can discuss the route of your trip with the rental agent who will tell you about the state of the roads and the best routes in the regions that you intend to visit.
Crossing the border is not allowed for some rental cars and in some countries. To book a car with this service, open the filters and select the “Crossborder fee” option. The system will offer you only cars with this service. To prepare the required documents, be sure to inform the rental company in advance about your planned crossing of state borders.

Our website aggregates cars from different rental companies that are based in different locations. You can book a car only online. All the cars on our website are in good condition and timely inspected. After the advance payment, you will receive a voucher with details of your order, office address and contact details of the rental agent.
Yes, the main principle of our work is that you should get the car you booked. If the car rental company cannot provide the booked car due to breakdown or other force-majeure circumstances, it must provide a car of the same or higher class on the same terms and for the same price.

You must return your rental car with the same level of fuel you picked it up with. If the level of fuel is lower, you pay the difference at the rates of car rental company. If the level of fuel is higher, you are not compensated for the difference.
